As part of our commitment to your success and our belief in our system, we offer live support through our "fprtradingsystems" chat room located on paltalk.com. These are the rules of the chat room:
1. During trading hours the chat room will be monitered by a member of our staff and questions will be answered in our discretion. We will only answer questions in our discretion because we trade during the day.
2. At least two days a week after the market closes (subject to change based on emergencies or schedules of the staff) we will hold a chat session to answer specific questions regarding the system and trading setups.
HOW TO ACCESS CHAT ROOM
1. When you order your manual you will receive in the packet containing your manual a unique password which will allow you access to the chat room.
2. Go to paltalk.com and download paltalk scene. This is a free service.
3. Sign up by creating a user name and password.
4. Once you start paltalk scene and log in click the "Action" menu and "Join a chat room" (see picture to the right)
5. In the list of chat rooms that opens go to "Miscellaneous". A subfolder called "Other" will appear. Click on "Other".(see picture below).
6. You will see the chat room called fprtradingsystems. Click on that and insert your password when prompted. You are now in the room and ready to chat
