TECHNICAL SUPPORT - We will provide you with technical support in the form of either chat room access or email responses. Every member who purchases our manual will receive 6 months of free support in the form of chat room access or email responses. Upon purchasing the manual, you will receive instructions on contacting us by email or the password to the chat room. Chat room availability will be dependent on how many members require technical support at any one time. There are no additional costs or expenses for this technical support.
AVAILABILITY OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT - We will be available for technical support from 4:30 to 6:30 Eastern Time on most weekdays but at a minimum two days a week (subject to change or variance depending on schedules or unforseen emergencies). You may email questions to us during tradning hours and we may be able to respond depending on our own tradng activities.
